Valerie Lucznikowska

Valerie Lucznikowska is a native of Manhattan who is retired from many years in international public relations and non-profit management. She has been an active member of September 11th Families for Peaceful Tomorrows (PT)  since 2002, with special interest in justice and the rule of law as applied to the 9/11 trials at Guantanamo. She has traveled to Guantanamo Bay to view hearings twice as a non-governmental observer (NGO) representing PT.

“My nephew Adam Arias was killed  on 9/11 in or near Tower 2 of the WTC where he worked and I joined September 11th Families for Peaceful Tomorrows shortly thereafter. My current involvement for some years now has been with pressing for justice regarding the prisoners in Guantanamo and I have been there twice to view the pretrial hearings of the five 9/11 accused.”
