Remembering the London Bombings

Three years ago today, Londoners became the victims of senseless violence and the world was again shaken. Members of September 11th Families for Peaceful Tomorrows know well that the pain and sorrow of that day persists not only for those who lost loved ones, but for all citizens of London, the UK, and the world who seek peace through nonviolence and well-being for all people everywhere.

Our pain and grief allows us to know yours. It is our hope that we may work together toward a clearer understanding of the root causes of violence that took lives and shattered others, so that we may remedy those things that lead to the divisions, mistrust, hatred, and desperation that result in violence.

We reach out to you in compassion because, as part of a global community, we all suffer when one of us is suffering. Please, know that our thoughts are with you.
